Tuna cutlet
Ingredients for making tuna cutlet:
One can of tuna fish / Zerotrans frying oil as needed / 3 large boiled potatoes / 2 eggs / 1/2 cup chopped chives / 1 clove of grated garlic / 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley and cilantro / 1/2 chopped bell pepper / bread flour as needed / spices and turmeric as needed / salt and pepper as needed
How to prepare:
– First, wash the potatoes and cook them with some water and salt. After it is cooked, let it cool and then peel it and grate or mash it in a container (it should not be pureed).
– Take the tuna oil completely and crush its meat with a fork. Then add to the potatoes.
– Add all the vegetables, including chopped chives (both white and green parts), chopped parsley and cilantro, and chopped nagini bell pepper to the potato and natural tuna mixture.
– Add one whole egg and one yolk along with crushed garlic, salt, pepper and spices to the mixture and stir the mixture with a fork until a smooth paste is made.
– Take the size of a tangerine from the mixture and make it into cutlets. Roll both sides in flour or breadcrumbs until smooth.
– Then pour your frying oil in a pan so that it is completely inside; Now slowly put the cutlets in the pan to fry and turn golden.
– At the end, serve the cutlets with hand ketchup or other types of sauces and some parsley and fresh lemon.
