Ingredients for preparing vegetable soup:
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Olive oil as needed
2 chopped carrots
Chopped onion 1 cup
2 chopped green peppers
2 medium chopped tomatoes
2 cups chopped celery
Chopped mushrooms 1 cup
1/2 cup green peas
1 piece chopped chicken breast
2 glasses of chicken broth
Salt, pepper, cinnamon and turmeric as needed
1 large potato
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 stone lemon
How to cook vegetable soup
First, we fry the chicken with a little olive oil and add salt and turmeric to it to remove its strong smell.
Fry all the vegetables in olive oil until they soften a little and smell their rawness, then pour all the roasted vegetables into the boiling chicken broth, reduce the heat and let all the ingredients cook.
Cook the vegetables until they are just soft. After cooking vegetables, add cooked and sliced chickens, salt, pepper, turmeric and a little cinnamon and mix and let your soup boil for another 10 minutes on low heat until the flavor of the ingredients is absorbed by the chicken meat.
10 minutes before turning off the gas, add 2 spoons of paste to the soup and grate a small amount of lemon peel to the smallest degree to get a better color and taste, and at the end, put some chopped parsley on your soup to keep it fresh.
